Ingredients

  • 2 whole banana
  • 0.75 cup plain yogurt
  • 0.25 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 sheet parchment paper

Substitutions

  • Use crushed cereal instead of granola.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt if needed.

Steps

  1. Slice banana and sandwich a little peanut butter between some slices if you want.
  2. Dip the slices in yogurt and sprinkle with granola.
  3. Freeze on a tray until firm.

Storage and reheating
