Ingredients

  • 200 g noodles
  • 2 whole egg
  • 2 cup cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 whole scallion

Substitutions

  • Use ramen noodles with the seasoning packet discarded.
  • Swap cabbage for spinach or frozen peas.

Steps

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. Scramble eggs, then add cabbage and cook until slightly softened.
  3. Add noodles and soy sauce, toss well, and finish with scallion.
