Ingredients

  • 1 pack ramen noodles
  • 200 g firm tofu
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Substitutions

  • Use frozen edamame instead of tofu.
  • Swap peanut butter for tahini if needed.

Steps

  1. Microwave the noodles with water until almost tender.
  2. Stir in the tofu, spinach, peanut butter, and soy sauce.
