Ingredients

  • 4 whole sausages
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 2 whole bell pepper
  • 1 whole onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Substitutions

  • Use veggie sausages for a vegetarian version.
  • Swap potatoes for sweet potatoes.

Steps

  1. Toss chopped vegetables with oil and spread on a tray with the sausages.
  2. Roast until the potatoes are tender and the sausages are browned.
  3. Serve as is or with mustard.
